I am a passionate educator and yoga trainer with over 10 years of teaching experience in both academic and wellness fields. I specialize in teaching students from nursery to Class 5 across all subjects and also offer dedicated Hindi language classes. Parallel to this, I conduct yoga sessions that cater to individuals of all age groups, blending traditional wisdom with modern needs.

My academic background includes a Nursery Teacher Training certification, Primary Teacher Training, an MA in English, and a B.Ed degree. This combination has helped me create child-friendly teaching methods that are not only effective but also enjoyable. Whether it's phonics or grammar, numbers or stories, I focus on interactive sessions that make learning a joyful experience for young learners.

On the wellness side, I hold an MA in Yoga and have completed my Yoga Teacher Training from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Shantikunj, Haridwar. I also carry the honor of being an International Yoga Trainer with training in the Sivananda tradition. These qualifications have helped me guide students in adopting yoga as a lifestyle tool for improved physical health and mental clarity.

I have conducted yoga classes in several schools, tailoring sessions to match the energy and needs of students across age groups. I focus not only on asanas and flexibility but also on mindfulness and breathwork to help children improve concentration, emotional balance, and overall wellness. For me, yoga is not just exercise—it’s a holistic journey toward inner growth.

In both academic and yoga classes, I use a lesson plan-based approach to maintain structure and consistency. I strongly believe in the power of storytelling to spark curiosity, especially in young learners. I also integrate videos and worksheets into my sessions to make them more interactive, visual, and easy to follow.

My teaching is primarily conducted online, allowing students from diverse locations to join in and benefit. Whether it's a child learning to form their first sentence in English or a teenager exploring the calming effects of pranayama, I ensure that every session is thoughtful, inclusive, and impactful. My aim is to build confident minds and healthy bodies, one class at a time.
