During COVID, I successfully transitioned the mode of teaching to online for a class of 30+ students while maintaining the same level of teaching expected from an offline classroom. To do the same, I did the following:
1. Transitioned the classes online and maintained a high amount of interaction and response from the students
2. Included interactive sessions by holding discussions, verbal tests, and more to ensure a classroom-like experience
3. Ensured a quantifiable testing method to ensure the smooth tracking of the student's progress to both the teacher and the parent.
