IdentityI am a certified Yoga Instructor and Evaluator, having completed Level 1 and Level 3 certifications in 2025 under Patanjali and the Ministry of AYUSH. My journey with yoga, however, began much earlier—I have been practicing and deeply involved in yoga for over 7 years.
Over the years, yoga has become an integral part of my lifestyle, helping me build strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. This personal transformation inspired me to guide others on their wellness journey.
As a certified instructor, I specialize in teaching yoga for overall fitness, stress management, breathing techniques (pranayama), and improving posture and flexibility. I focus on creating a calm, supportive, and disciplined environment where students of all age groups can feel comfortable and progress at their own pace.
Being an evaluator, I also have a strong understanding of correct techniques, alignment, and standards, ensuring that my students practice yoga safely and effectively.
I am passionate about helping individuals lead a healthier and more balanced life through yoga.
