I have done my bachelor and masters both in Social Work. I had worked with the Department of Women and Child Development, Govt. of Delhi for the welfare of children and women for 3 years. Then I worked with a Delhi Based NGO working on the life skill building. Though teaching has not been a full time profession to me but I have been teaching students for long as providing home tuitions and got an opportunity to disseminate the same among community kids while I was working with that NGO for three years.
It's been more than 4 years now that I have been teaching students and most of them have scored so well as of now.
Although I personally do not focus on their scores rather making them conceptually clear about the subject is my core motive because once you have the conceptual understanding of subject, scores are just numbers for you kids indeed that subject is yours afterwards.
