There are four methods to learn any new language:
Reading ,writing ,speaking and listening
Read as much as you can .may b newspapers ,story books etc
After reading start listening to English music ,watch englEng tv series without subtitles
Then focus on your writing skills as well by constructing small sentences
And finally start speaking to your friends , colleagues etc. No matter how do you feel talking to them ,whether you feel embaraembar while talking to them in your broken language.if you still feel shy to speak then start making conversations with yourself on a mirror
Following these steps eventually you will start speaking English
