Shashi Shekhar

I have completed the Integrated B.A.-B.Ed. degree from the Central University of Jammu and I am highly motivated to begin my teaching career in a dynamic and student-focused environment.

During my 60 working days teaching internship at Government Girls Middle School, Bari-Brahmana (Samba, J&K), I gained practical experience in classroom teaching, lesson planning, and student engagement. I taught Social Science and English using learner-centered methods and incorporated digital tools such as presentations and online assessments to enhance the learning experience.

I have qualified CTET (2026) and also hold an NCC ‘C’ Certificate with Alpha Grade, which reflects my discipline, leadership qualities, and sense of responsibility. I am well-versed in modern educational frameworks like NEP 2020 and NCF SE 2023, and I strive to create an inclusive, engaging, and effective learning environment for students.

I am confident that my skills in communication, classroom management, and digital teaching will allow me to contribute positively to the learners. I am eager to work with dedication and continuously improve my teaching practices for the benefit of students.
