sir iam studying btech 2 nd year in civil engineering and i want to study my ME in iisc.so please tell me sir which is better either coaching or self study.

You should focus on the lectures in your semesters for now. If you are getting a hold of it by yourself then self study can take you through But if not you should look for coaching.

No they have intimated the candidates to carry a non-programmable calculator with them
