I completed my MBA in 2024 and have around two years of professional experience as an HR at Crystal Technologies. Currently, I am working as an Economics Lecturer for First and Second PUC, teaching the NCERT curriculum, with one year of teaching experience. Alongside my professional career, I am pursuing my B.Ed to further strengthen my teaching skills and pedagogical knowledge.

As an Economics lecturer, I have focused on making concepts clear and understandable for students with different levels of academic ability. I have successfully helped students improve their academic performance and achieve good results in Economics. One of my key accomplishments has been supporting academically weaker students through individual attention, simplified explanations and consistent guidance, enabling them to pass and improve their performance.

My combination of academic qualifications, HR experience and teaching experience has helped me develop strong communication, classroom management, student mentoring and interpersonal skills. I am committed to creating a positive learning environment and helping students achieve their academic potential.
