Teaching at Ramjas College, University of Delhi, has been a truly rewarding and intellectually stimulating experience. As a faculty member, I had the opportunity to engage with bright, inquisitive, and highly motivated students who consistently inspired me to enhance my teaching methods. The intellectually vibrant atmosphere of Ramjas, supported by a rich tradition of academic rigor, encouraged interactive and thought-provoking classroom discussions. The diversity of the student body further enriched the learning process, allowing me to witness multiple perspectives and nurture an inclusive teaching approach.
