Prerna Sharma

I have been working as an English faculty for the past four years. With a Bachelor's degree in English, I am passionate about helping students grow and excel academically. Education plays a vital role in shaping an individual's future, and I am committed to positively impacting my students' lives. I had the privilege of teaching at Ramakrishna Mission School for a year, serving as an English faculty member. During my time there, I had the opportunity to interact with students from diverse backgrounds and assist them in enhancing their English language skills.
Apart from my tenure at Ramakrishna Mission School, I have also been associated with Focus Academy, where I continue to guide students. I have taught over 500 students, catering to their specific needs and helping them develop their spoken English and literary skills. My teaching expertise extends from teaching English literature until the seventh grade to instructing BA English students.
I provide both in-person and online tutoring services, offering flexible learning options to accommodate the preferences and convenience of my students. Each session lasts fifty minutes and is designed to be practical-oriented and interactive. I believe in the power of engagement and interaction in the learning process, as it fosters a deeper understanding and retention of knowledge. For online sessions, I utilise platforms like Zoom to conduct live classes. I also provide comprehensive notes tailored to their individual preferences, ensuring they can access valuable resources to support their learning journey. I strive to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for my students in-person and online.
