As hobby u can Ketan both I would suggest. If u know French u can easily learn Spanish or vice or versa. Both way it's possible. You may google it. My adviser would be to learn French first. How that answers your question

je pratique is a good book, alter ego c1 , i think you should read newspaper and native stuff to be through with the exam plus various sites are having exercises. francais facile is also a good option
