Hi..the phrase is je n'y pense pas...or u mean je ne pense pas? the first one is I don't think about it/of it...the latter means I don't think.

And if you wish to learn for a particular goal which can be going abroad or for making a career then the best bet would be Alliance Francaise ( http://www.afindia.org ) where they have certified professionals and native French speakers with experience to teach, a good library to refer books and they also provide good course materials.
