English, like many other spoken languages, is unlike its written form. The words are not pronounced in full, and two or more words can get fused to sound completely different. For instance: "Let me go" can become "lemme go". "What is in the box?" can become "Wa sintha box?"

Hello! There is no such word as 'lemme' in french. Lemme is simply a slang which represents "Let me" of English. It is used by people in spoken English.
