"Even though I never took the opportunity to try out Tai-Chi and Qi Gong while I was living in China, I’ve discovered these practices over there. I’ve always been fascinated by the “dance” happening every early morning in every single park. Looking at Chinese people moving in such an harmonious and calm way had such a relaxing effect on me. Arriving in India, I decided not to miss the opportunity to learn Yoga. I’ve always struggled with the stress and emotions management, both in my private or professional life. I thought Yoga will help me in that sense, and it did but not completely. I was still missing something… I then remembered Qi Gong and Tai Chi as relaxing practices. After some researches on the Internet, I found La Force Vitale’s website and Cicily was leading courses near by my house. Good point, it was time to try it out ! I’m learning now for one month and a half. Not that much… but I can already feel the positive effects on me, so do my relatives and friends. My energy level, my self-confidence and my stress-management are dramatically improving. I now have the courage to set up projects I had in my mind since ages ! My relationships are also better as I’m more relaxed and don’t lose my temper for stupid things. I’m able to better manage my feelings and emotions. Moreover, Cicily is an outgoing teacher, always smiling and positive ! Practising with her is such a pleasant moment which definitively helps in the learning process."
