I am a Program Manager with 7+ years of IT experience in project delivery, business analysis and software implementation. Before my current role, I worked as a Technical Business Analyst from (2021–2026). There I led 15-member teams of business analysts, developers and QA engineers to deliver software implementations for international airlines. I handled complete project lifecycles from kickoff through go-live and post-go-live support, including system migrations, payment and tax authority integrations, and API integrations. I have worked hands-on in Agile teams: prioritizing backlogs, running planning sessions, attending sprint reviews and managing stakeholder expectations. I also built the business case for "Nia," an AI support chatbot, and helped deliver it, so I bring practical knowledge of using AI in project work. Earlier, I worked as a Software Engineer and Application Engineer on Android apps and CRM implementations (Salesforce, Dynamics 365). Qualifications: -> M.Tech and B.Tech in Computer Science -> SAFe 6 POPM Certified 2026 -> PMP Certification 2026 Additional training: AI for Project Managers, Portfolio Management, Financial Management Note: I don't just teach PMP concepts from the book.
