I like to practice flute at night, but it disturbs my neighbours .What should I do ?

Professional Hindustani Singer , Flutist and Guitar teacher.

Practice it till 11pm there is no law that you can't play till 11pm play but not after that and if you want to play after 11pm get room soundproof.
