First thing one should know exact postion of note( true soun of the note) then simply by bending the fute inside and with controlled blow because without right amount of air there will be a bad impact on Tonal character and it won't sound tastfull.

Check your flute whether it's a tuned one or not. Holes in correct position will only produce high pitch sound. You can check your flute with a key board which is easily available as app in Play Store.
