I have been working in the field of education for over two decades, teaching all subjects to students of Classes 6 to 8. My journey as an educator began with a deep passion for teaching and the belief that every child deserves the right environment to learn and grow. Over the years, I have had the privilege of guiding countless young minds through their academic journeys, helping them build a strong foundation for future success.

In 2007, I took a major step forward by founding Krishna Public Junior High School in Firozabad. As the principal and academic leader of the school, I have been deeply involved not just in teaching, but also in shaping the curriculum, mentoring teachers, and building a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all students. Running a school has allowed me to understand the diverse needs of students and apply teaching methods that are effective and engaging.

I hold a Master of Arts (MA) degree and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), both of which have strengthened my understanding of pedagogy and classroom dynamics. My academic background, combined with practical experience, helps me create lesson plans that are both academically rigorous and tailored to the learning style of each student. I believe that education is most effective when it's interactive, and I make sure my sessions encourage active participation and two-way communication.

My work in education has been recognized through several local awards for excellence in teaching and school leadership. I have also received certificates of appreciation from educational organizations and community groups, acknowledging my consistent efforts to improve educational outcomes. These recognitions motivate me to continue exploring new ways to inspire and support my students.

In today’s digital age, I have adapted to online teaching as a means to extend my reach and make quality education accessible to students beyond the physical boundaries of my school. My online classes are structured, interactive, and personalized to meet each student's learning goals. I ensure that all the necessary facilities—study materials, assessments, and continuous feedback—are provided to make the online learning experience smooth and effective.

As an educator, my mission is not just to teach but to empower. I want my students to feel confident, curious, and capable of facing academic challenges. With a blend of traditional values and modern teaching tools, I strive to create a balanced learning experience where students not only perform well in exams but also grow as individuals.
