Dear friend, If you are brave enough, Instead of studying in distance education, you could learn by yourself by watching YouTube and other stuffs available online.

IGNOU is one an only university in delhi which give distance education. after that JAMIA MILIA ISLAMIA university give short term certificate program which classes held on weekend but it's not distance.
