No, one has to be a graduate in Fine Arts, because it is foundation course n prepares you for masters in the same.

Dear Anoj... If you want only Degree, definitely you should go through B.F.A. or wanted to achieve and communicate through your painting and Drawing...you do not need a degree at all.
