I have over 13 years of experience in the education sector, working with students across school and college levels. I started my journey as a PRT teacher at St. Peter’s School in Faridabad, where I focused on building strong academic foundations and soft skills among primary students. I also worked as a counselor at Balgram NGO, supporting underprivileged children with emotional and academic guidance. Later, I transitioned to higher education as an Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students at reputed colleges under SPPU, Pune. I was also actively involved in placement coordination, student mentorship, and career counseling, helping students make informed decisions about their future. Throughout my career, I have been committed to creating a safe, engaging, and encouraging learning environment where students can grow academically and personally.
