"We enrolled our 5-year-old child in drawing classes. Sir requested that the fees for the entire month be paid in advance, so we paid for all 8 classes upfront. Initially, Sir was very humble, and our child enjoyed the classes. However, when only one class was left, he repeatedly postponed it and eventually stopped responding to our messages and calls. When contacted from another number, he said he was very busy with other classes. We understand that teachers can have other commitments, but this kind of communication and disregard for an agreed schedule is highly unprofessional and disappointing, especially from someone in the teaching profession. Parents pay fees with trust and expect basic professionalism, timely communication, and commitment. We requested a refund for the remaining class, which was eventually provided. Sharing this feedback so other parents are aware of our experience and can make an informed decision before enrolling their children."
