What if you are still undecided about your career path? While Java and Python are both general programming languages, Python is a better choice.

Select the text layer and navigate to Layer > Smart Objects> Convert to Smart Object. Make sure the layer is still selected and Edit > Transform > Warp. Once the grid appears over the text, you can click and drag to manipulate it. There are also options in the Warp dropdown for placing your text along an Arc.
