Vishnu Lal

I am a Geography educator with 13 years of teaching experience, specializing in Class 11 and Class 12 Geography. Over the years, I have developed a strong focus on building conceptual clarity, improving analytical understanding, and helping students perform consistently well in their academic examinations. My teaching approach is structured and student-centered, aimed at making Geography both interesting and easy to understand.

I hold a Master’s degree (M.A.) in Geography along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). I have also completed a Diploma in Computer Applications (DCA), which supports my ability to integrate technology into my teaching. Additionally, I have qualified UPTET, CTET, and NET examinations (in 2013 and 2019), which further strengthen my academic and professional teaching credentials.

Currently, I am working as a TGT (Social Science) at Seth M. R. Jaipuria School, Faizabad, a position I have held since 2nd February 2016. This role has provided me with extensive classroom teaching experience and exposure to diverse student learning needs. I consistently work toward maintaining strong academic outcomes and positive student engagement in the classroom.

Throughout my teaching journey, I have focused on delivering structured and well-planned lessons that ensure systematic syllabus coverage. My experience has helped me understand different learning styles, allowing me to adapt my teaching methods to suit individual student requirements. I aim to simplify complex geographical concepts and make them accessible to all learners.

My teaching methodology is interactive and concept-driven. I encourage students to participate actively through questions, discussions, and doubt-clearing sessions. Each topic is explained using a combination of theoretical understanding and real-life examples, which helps students connect better with the subject matter.

I follow a clear lesson plan for each class, ensuring that learning objectives are met efficiently. Regular revision sessions and practice discussions are included to reinforce understanding and improve retention. I also focus on exam-oriented preparation to help students perform confidently in board examinations.

I conduct both online and offline classes and use PowerPoint presentations along with whiteboard teaching to make lessons more engaging and structured. My goal is to help students develop a strong understanding of Geography while achieving academic success through consistent guidance and effective teaching strategies.
