I'm a 12th std student. I want to pursue my career in actuarial science & I'm sure about this. Can I appear for ACET exam after completing my 12th boards without holding any graduation degree?

To answer your question, yes, ACET - Entrance test for actuarial Science exams can be given since 12th, but you need to be 18 years of age. Maths, Statistics, English, Data Interpretation and logic base should be clear for this entrance! Topics and Sample paper are provided on the official site.

Start studying and buckle up, give your 12th Standard Exam after which you can appear for ACET. And yes, Commerce or Science doesn’t matter. Just practice very hard as far as Maths and the rest of the Syllabus is concerned.

Hi Shelly, one must have studies Mathematics till class 12 to do undergraduate courses in Actuarial Science. You can apply for the ACET exam to pursue Actuarial Science Course offered by the Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) after passing class 12.
