You need to prepare a presentation/proposal and have a Tea manufacturer / plantation accept your proposal and sign a contract. 2: Understand the party's business, interest, mission, vision, brand , history etc and prepare packaging designs ( if you offer custom brand packaging services) 3: Get/raise fund to cover the capex such as machines, labor , transportation etc 4: start rolling. read less
