Yes, CAT quantitative preparation is sufficient for campus placement test. You may require studying some extra content in logical reasoning, that's it.

As a current student at IIT Delhi, having secured All India Rank 748 in JEE 2013, I can confidently tell you that no coaching is required in classes 9 and 10. Dedicated preparation from class 11 will suffice to get a rank within 500.

Go for ncert books first. Once you are done with them, choose M.L khanna for maths, H.C. verma for physics theory and chemistry by O.P. Lal

Apart from your daily study routine, you have to spend at least 2 to 3hours to clear only basic concepts of any subject.
