Is it wise to go till 3rd round in engineering entrance counselling?

If you want best college as well a suited branch for you it's always better to go for more no of counseling. You can stop once it done . Because if you do little math, rankers of any exam say about 2000 will join IITs, so there is chance of suffling this many seats on more no of counseling .
