43% overall or in PCM?If its overall then you can opt for Improvement exam conducted by CBSE. By this you can have a good score in 12th. More Details you will get from your School's examination Department.Regarding Engineering entrance exam,I guess State engineering exams may allow with this percentage....

More Details you will get from your School's examination Department.Regarding Engineering entrance exam,I guess State engineering exams may allow with this percentage. But it would not be good as the percentage may become a barrier while placements in Engineering Colleges. Generally MNC's have a criteria of 1st Division in 10th,12th and graduation... So better try for Improvement exam. Rest Decision is yours.You may also connect with your Teachers at your school. read less
