IdentityI teach Yoga to students of all levels, focusing on improving flexibility, strength, and mindfulness through structured and guided practice. As a passionate yoga practitioner and instructor, I aim to help individuals build a balanced lifestyle by incorporating yoga into their daily routine.
I hold a Master of Veterinary Science (M.V.Sc.) and have completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program. In addition, I am a certified Prenatal Yoga Trainer, which enables me to conduct specialized sessions with a strong emphasis on safety and effectiveness for different groups of learners.
Although I have recently started teaching, my approach is driven by dedication, continuous learning, and a genuine interest in helping others achieve better physical and mental well-being. I focus on creating a comfortable and encouraging environment where students can learn at their own pace.
I design my classes to suit individual needs, whether the goal is improving flexibility, reducing stress, or enhancing overall fitness. I pay close attention to proper alignment and breathing techniques, ensuring that each practice is both safe and beneficial.
My teaching methodology is structured and practical, combining theoretical understanding with hands-on practice. I conduct interactive sessions tailored to each student’s level, focusing on gradual progression and mindful movement to help students build confidence in their practice.
I offer both online and offline classes, making it convenient for students to learn in a way that suits them best. My sessions also include guidance in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Pre-conception Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga, with a focus on promoting overall wellness and long-term health.
