To begin with, start watching English News channels and movies. Read English newspaper and magazine daily. But aloud. Keep a dictionary handy whenever you read. Well this might sound funny but create a habit of talking to yourself in English. Ask questions to yourself and answer them. Never hesitate to y'all in English in your friends circle. We Indians are bad in Hindi as well. ?? Grammer plays an important role but you need not be brilliant in it. There are few apps that provide you with Grammer quizzes and puzzles. You should definatly try those. Also if you need further guidance or assiatance you can always contact me ??

However, it is a wise decision to opt for develoment and designing if you are a fresher. This will give you good exposure, knowledge and experience in your field to create a strong base. Canning isn't a solution at all. I personally have never supported it. Its cruel. Possibly at times it may be needed but to a certain limit, however it is completely unnecessary.
