I am a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher, committed to sharing the transformative power of yoga. I have completed the Advanced Teacher’s Training Course from The Yoga Institute, one of the oldest organized yoga centers in the world. I also hold the prestigious 'Yoga Teacher and Evaluator' certification under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.

My foundation in Iyengar Yoga was built over 1.5 years of focused training at Shivkripa Yoga Centre, where I also had the privilege of assisting respected teacher Kobad Variava — an experience that deeply refined my understanding of alignment and precision. Currently, I am expanding my skill set by training in Aerial Yoga, continuing my journey as both a student and a teacher.
