About My Teaching Approach

Beyond my corporate experience, I carry a strong personal commitment to education and child development. Through my voluntary initiative, FuGen Academy (Future Generation), I have mentored school-age children in mathematics, science, and structured goal-setting. This experience helped me understand how to guide young learners with patience, build their confidence, and communicate effectively with parents in a supportive and reassuring way.

In my professional role as Director of Operations, I led end-to-end training and placement readiness programs for final-year graduation students. I worked closely with colleges and corporate hiring teams to identify skill gaps and design practical, outcome-focused training. This involved coaching students on employability skills, communication, professional behavior, interview readiness, and functional competencies. I also managed trainer allocation, schedules, and progress tracking, ensuring structured, measurable learning outcomes.

These experiences translate directly to my teaching approach for school students. I follow a monthly fee structure to ensure consistency and deep engagement. I teach face-to-face daily, with extra hours on weekends to complete portions efficiently and allow time for revision and reinforcement. My teaching goes beyond academics: I guide students in goal setting, study planning, and mindset development, showing them how sports and physical activity can enhance focus and academic performance. I also introduce mind mapping techniques and the basics of competitive exams post-Grade 10, such as IIT and other entrance tests, to build early awareness and confidence.

My focus is on nurturing strong fundamentals, discipline, and confidence, helping students achieve academic excellence while developing life skills. I work closely with students and parents to ensure progress is tangible, steady, and aligned with each child’s individual potential.
