If you are lookiing for drawing digitally then there are a lots of software available in the market some are free and some are paid. If you have a tablet (for instance, an iPad), I highly recommend IbisPaint. Not only is it free, but has amazing capabilities. The only con is that the app takes time to adjust to. Another tablet application I recommend would be Procreate. Although you do pay, all brushes are included and has a very professional look. In Mac or PC you have Adobe photoshop, Gimp, Corel painter, Krita.. Gimp and Krita are free which is really good to start as a digital painter.
