Drawing is capturing or narration of Ideas or 3D world around us with an illusion on 2 D surface, so basic fundamentals like line, shape, form, Proportion and Perspective, value, light and shade are really important to learn. Learning these basics will enhance coordination between mind, eye and hand.

If you want to draw.. just start draw whatever you saw in front of you.. Never mind the accuracy of the object which you've been started.. But try to bring it's appearance.. ie it should look like the object.. that's it..! Keep on draw.. draw.. draw.. at one stage you will find the object fine tuned....

Use Light shaded pencil Like 9h R HB. Don't draw your basic drawing with dark shading pencil and also don't use eraser much, if any mistake happend try to cover it while shading the picture, after completion of basic figuring then use draker shade. By this you can make a neat picture.

1st of all a peace mind because without peace in mind you can't concentrate on your object and while drawing for the first time accuracy is not compulsory the thing is that you have appeared for it.
