You can start by doing warm up excercises, like drawing a lot of circles or elipses. Then, you can switch to basic sketches. Looking up tutorials on the colour theory might also help.

first, you have to forget the mouse try sketching and shapes as many as you can so that you'll get comfortable with pen, and then start with 2d drawings with basic colors.
