Class is required in .net because it provides template for creating objects, which can bind code into data. It has definitions of methods and data. It supports inheritance property of Object Oriented Programming and hence can maintain class hierarchy.

To be very frank, don't inquire about the training institute... anywhere look for the trainer having good real time technical knowledge.. bookish knowledge will not help to get a job, if you get it by any means its difficult to survive...
