I suggest you to lunch a free-tile windows server and install .NET in it, and deploy your ASP.NET website as you did in your local machine. To run your website use PUBLIC IP of the instance instead if using localhost.

why we are using MVC instead of ASP.Net
MVC is not replacement of ASP.net but it is used along with ASP.net. It is architectural pattern with no code behind, no RAD controls, no ViewState, no ASP.net page life cycle etc to reduce burden on server and improve performance of webforms.
