asp.net surely u can learn in a month... its only web technology for developing web pages... if u have nasic c# and html,ado.net knowledge... asp.net will be very easy for u??

you can simply create 2 aspx page, One for registration where you can have basic details like Username, Password, confirm password, Name, Email etc and other page is Login page with 3-4 details like Username , password, forgot password. At the time on registration you have to save user details in DB and when user login through login page that time you have to validate username with password and if both username and password are matching then allow user to login. read less
