Some of my experience in the job are as follows: Spearheaded the end-to-end process of starting Avanti classes in JNV Yadgiri aimed at NEET/JEE coaching by obtaining leadership approval and managing necessary procedures • Ideated and implemented the curriculum in accordance with both school and Avanti Fellows guidelines for over 100 students. • Provided Chemistry lessons to 100 + intermediate JNV students for CBSE as well as NEET/JEE • Led the doubt clearing sessions for Chemistry, Physics, Maths and Biology helping the intermediate students develop their basic fundamentals • Conducted mentoring and career guidance sessions for both 11th and 12th classes, assisting them in taking informed decisions for choosing their career path • Leveraged excel spreadsheets for several data analytics purposes to enable tracking of students’ data and curricular progress • Completed two months of offline training at JNV Hassan and obtained on-the-job training to facilitate online classes • Developed PowerPoint presentations and video lessons that could be leveraged during the classroom or online sessions
