Deeptimayee P.

I am a dedicated Yoga Trainer with 2+ years of experience conducting both online and offline yoga classes for students of different age groups and fitness levels. As a Sanskrit-based student, I have a strong understanding of the traditional principles and philosophy of yoga, which I integrate into my teaching.

I completed my graduation in a traditional course with Yoga as a core subject and am currently pursuing a Diploma in Yoga to further enhance my knowledge and teaching skills. I have also completed my studies in the Yoga Sutras and can teach yogic philosophy alongside practical yoga sessions.

My classes focus on improving flexibility, strength, posture, breathing, stress management, and overall well-being in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, I tailor each session to meet your individual goals and help you build a consistent and rewarding yoga practice.
