Arya Baral

I have a strong academic background in English Literature and have qualified the UGC NET, which reflects my command over the subject. I have teaching experience at the college level, and I am currently serving as an Assistant Professor. My experience has involved teaching undergraduate students, preparing lesson plans, engaging students through discussions, and guiding them to develop critical and analytical thinking. Alongside teaching, I have actively participated in academic research and seminars, which have further strengthened my understanding of literature and literary theory. I believe in creating an interactive, student-centred classroom where learning is both engaging and meaningful, and I am committed to contributing positively to the academic growth of my students.
