I am a certified Yoga teacher, training students home/online/tutor home tuition since more than 10 years, As a dedicated Yoga practitioner and passionate teacher, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and transformative environment for students of all levels.
I have had the privilege of guiding students on their yoga journeys. my teaching style blends styles, e.g., Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative to promote balance, flexibility, and inner peace.
Yoga is more than just a physical practice- it's a journey of self-discovery, growth,, and connection. I aim to empower students to listen to their bodies, honor their unique needs, and cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and joy.
