I am 500hrs registered yoga alliance international teachers. Influenced by my teachers,peers environment and travels I aim to bring a unique sense of empowerment to each of my classes. I had been giving personal classes since last two years and also assisted few yoga teachers and conducted my own workshops. I love to teach different styles like ashtanga,hatha,power yoga,anti-stress yoga,weight loss yoga,detox yoga with pranayama, meditation and cleansing processes and also give different kinds of massages which I've learnt during my yoga journey.
My classes are based on demonstration,and i like to use props where required and assist clients through hands on alignments.Doing a right posture is more important than going deep into an asanas my whole class is based on this.My goal is to have my students leave each class feeling refreshed and renewed. I keep updating myself,love to learn and teach everyday :)
