• Energetic and hardworking English Literature and Language scholar interested in Postcolonial Studies, Memory and Trauma Studies, Diaspora and Migration Studies, Partition Studies, Translation Studies, Spatial Studies, Popular Culture, etc.
• Doctoral research work aims to interlink areas of Diaspora Studies with Trauma Studies using the lens of Spatial Studies in the context of South-Asian literature.
• Has cleared UGC-NET in July’23 (Conducted by NTA), UGC-NET-JRF in Dec’23 and GATE in March’23 (Conducted by IIT Kanpur).
• Wants to reveal new horizons in different literary texts (both English and Bengali) by reading them closely and analytically.
• Has completed M.A. (Master of Arts) in English from the Department of English, University of Delhi (CGPA: 7.273).
• Has done B.A. (Honours) in English from Maulana Azad College, affiliated with the University of Calcutta (CGPA: 8.263).
• Successfully worked with Aspiration as a Resume, LinkedIn Profile, Cover Letter and Pitch Letter Writer.
• Completed internship with Immersive Trails Global (Previously Heritage Walk Calcutta) in ‘Bonedi Barir Pujo Walk’ and ‘Global Leaders’ Program’.
• Was selected to write a Dissertation (marked Grade A) as one of the few students in the Department in the final year of the MA Course as a part of the research experience.
• Has published research papers in books and journals of international repute.
• Has presented several research papers at multiple National and International Conferences covering domains like Migration and Refugee Studies, Postcolonial Literature, Diaspora Studies, Partition Studies, Memory and Trauma Studies, Ecocriticism, Dalit Literature, Disability Studies, and Popular Culture.
