Last but not least I worked more than 10 years in the corporate world including MNC and Bank. I am sure you will get a good academic teacher but you will not get a professional who has a long practical experience along with academics. I have had to interview many job seekers in my long career and from that vast experience I have come to realize that - the qualities that we want from an ideal candidate to get a job, they rarely have. There is no point to blaming them for this, because the knowledge they are getting in their educational life is not enough to get a job. There is no point to blaming our fellow teachers, because in our education system only theoretical knowledge is emphasized which is a very difficult task for those teachers who have no work experience in corporate world rather than only having educational experience. That's why I thought I would teach (Bengali & English Medium - IX, X, XI, XII, B. Com. Hons & Pass, B.B.A.) those who want to study commerce so that they can arrange a job for themselves in the future and be far ahead of others in that competition. We have to remember that it is better to suffer these 5 years than to suffer all our lives. This is a five year planning.
