Hello everyone! My name is Yashna Kaushik.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree, a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), and a Master’s degree in English, along with a 220-hour TESOL certification. I have professional experience teaching English in CBSE schools and working with learners across different age groups, helping them build strong language skills, confidence, and a deeper understanding of literature.

I plan to teach English Language and Literature aligned with diverse learning approaches, including CBSE, IB, and IGCSE-style frameworks. My classes focus on grammar, reading comprehension, literary analysis, creative writing, vocabulary development, speaking skills, and effective communication.

My teaching approach is interactive, inquiry-based, and student-centered. I encourage learners to think critically, ask questions, express their ideas, and connect literature with real-life experiences. Through discussions, storytelling, activities, writing tasks, and personalized feedback, I create a supportive classroom where every student feels confident to participate and grow.
