If you are good in coding and algorithm then you should join corporate world after BCA. As in last only one thing will be considered which is experience.
If you good in your skills then don't waste 3 years on MCA ...else go for corporate and gain 3 years of experience.
This experience will help you later in getting jobs easily when you want to switch with a lucrative package.
But first be ensure about your coding skills and knowledge.
