I am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA – INDIA) with a strong foundation in sports science, athlete testing, and personalized fitness coaching.

I have hands-on experience working with elite and grassroots-level athletes, especially in wrestling, boxing, and shooting, and am currently associated with Delhi Sports University as part of their athlete performance testing and development program.

SAI NIS Certificate Courses in Boxing and Shooting

CPR/AED Certified for safety and emergency readiness
