As a training and development officer, my job is to equip external staff and peoples with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out their work activities effectively and grown in their career stream

I take strategic approach to training (SAP, Agile and Scrum), assessing the skills and knowledge within an organization and determining what training is needed to grow as an Individual. Activities performed by me are:

1. Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis
2. Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the individuals
3. Work in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory and keep within budgets
4. Plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development programs
5. Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions
6. Devise individual learning plans
7. Create and/or deliver a range of training using classroom, online and blended learning
8. Manage the delivery of training and development programs
